Members of the Company are associated with accounting professional organizations such as American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”)and the American Society of Women Accountants ("ASWA"). These organizations require Members to hold the highest level of professional ethics.

To stay compliant with the CPA designation, Members take Continuing Professional Education courses allowing them to stay abreast with the industry. As such, Members attend seminars and conferences to expand their professional knowledge.

My name is Sheila Lozan and I am the Managing Member.

As a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA") licensed in the state of Washington, my education includes a Masters of Accounting from University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Seattle University.

Prior to opening the Company, I spent the past 10 years with one of the "big four" public accounting firms where I acquired a multitude of experience working with various clients. My client portfolio included broadcasting, insurance, consumer product, and financial services companies. My experience ranges from working with CFOs to providing presentations to colleagues.

Although I learned a lot from Corporate America, I am embracing a new journey. Entrepreneurship! I have a passion for accounting, knowledge and ability of financial literacy, and am business savvy.
